Total delivery time for your order
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
*Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.
*Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
When to expect your order to arrive
Priority Mail International: 6 to 14 days (plus processing time: 1 to 2 days)
Standard Mail International: 15 to 30 days (plus processing time: 1 to 2 days)

Returns
You may return your order for any reason and receive a replacement or refund. It is important that you first write us via our Contact Us form and request an RMA number. We will e-mail you with the correct RMA number that you can then put on the outside of the package when you make your return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges and we are not responsible for providing return postage.
